Both Coach Ben and Coach Noah offer one-on-one athlete & lifestyle personal training at our brand new private facility located just south of downtown in Rochester, MI.
1-hr sessions: $65
30-min sessions: $35
Group Training
Both Coach Ben and Coach Noah offer group training at our brand new private facility located just south of downtown in Rochester, MI. Groups range from 2-to-4 people at a time for a lower individual cost than one-on-one training.
1-hr sessions: $20-$40/per
Strength & Conditioning
Coach Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has completed his Performance Enhancement Specialization (PES) and became a Certified Athletic Development Specialist (CADS). Coach Ben offers specialized strength & conditioning training to individual athletes and teams all at our brand new private facility located just south of downtown in Rochester, MI.
1-hr individual sessions: $65

Lifestyle & Nutritional Coaching
Both Coach Ben and Coach Noah offer a form of lifestyle coaching which goes beyond your typical training protocol. Lifestyle coaching brings in the aspects of nutrition and health & wellness providing guidance beyond the training room. Ask your coach today how this can be bundled with your training or it can also be a standalone service.
Monthly Fee (for Standalone Service): $100
Mental Performance Coaching
Coach Noah offers both one-on-one & team mental performance coaching. You can purchase one-off sessions or save some bucks by purchasing a bundled package.
Individual 1-hr sessions: $175 (discounted rates available through bundling)
Group/Team 1-hr sessions: $25-35 per person
Group/Team 30-min sessions: $15-25 per person
